Message Clients Right Where the Work Happens
Message clients directly on any event or order in Roosted, with internal notes, a built-in activity feed, and branded emails.

Client communication usually lives in scattered email threads and separate chat apps, away from the event it concerns. Client & Order Messaging brings those conversations onto the event or order itself, so context never gets lost.
Two channels on every event
Each event and order now has a Messages tab with two channels:
Client Conversation: visible to both your team and the client's portal users. Send a message and the client gets an email notification with a direct link to their portal.
Internal Notes: private discussion for your admins only, with @mentions to pull in specific team members.
Clients see the Messages tab alongside their order details in the Client Portal, so they can ask questions, request changes, or confirm details in one place.
Activity feed built in
Status changes, staffing updates, and other event activity appear inline in the conversation. Everyone sees the full picture without digging through separate logs.
Control what clients see
In Settings, under Activity Feed, you decide which activity types are visible to clients, including staffing changes, punch activity, and check-ins. Set company-wide defaults, then override them for individual clients when a particular account needs different visibility.
Branded email notifications
Every message triggers an email with the event name, date, and a direct login link. Like the rest of Roosted, these notifications are white-label aware, so your clients always see your brand rather than ours.
