How it works
Set your rules in Settings, under First Shift Notifications. Choose how far in advance you want to be alerted, measured in hours before the shift starts. When a worker who has never worked a shift with your company is assigned to an upcoming event, your designated admins get notified automatically.
Notifications that match your brand
The alert emails are fully customizable with template tokens, so you can include the worker's name, event details, shift time, and more. Templates support white-label branding, which keeps every notification looking professional and consistent with the rest of your communications.
